Customers value Oriola’s professionalism and service orientation. Oriola has a very positive and trustworthy image. Almost 1,200 customers took part in Oriola’s customer satisfaction survey carried out in spring 2012.
Oriola’s customer satisfaction survey was conducted for the first time in all Oriola countries. Respondents from all customer groups took part to the survey. According to the results Oriola is seen as a reliable partner with a high quality service and professional and service oriented employees. Oriola’s web based services and smooth daily operations were selected as common development areas. Also maintaining the good competence and service level is seen highly important.
